KSTAR Physician Resources

KSTAR (Knowledge, Skills, Training, Assessment and Research) is an internationally recognized program that provides comprehensive assessments, evaluations, return to board eligibility, and reentry programs for physicians and physician assistants. KSTAR’s goal is to optimize patient safety by providing solutions that will benefit providers, health care system, and patients. 

KSTAR has reentry mini-residency opportunities for qualifying physicians with UTMB Health in Galveston, Texas, Driscoll Children's Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas and Health for All in Bryan, Texas. KSTAR can also partner with qualifying providers to offer local reentry options.

KSTAR works collaboratively with the National Coalition for Physician Enhancement (CPE) and state medical boards.
