Biography

Sarah Fray, LVN serves as a Mortality Review Nurse for the Texas A&M Rural and Community Health Institute. She joined RCHI in 2024 and supports the Texas State Supported Living Center Mortality Review Program. Sarah earned her nursing license after graduating from Blinn College’s Licensed Vocational Nursing Program in 2015. She began her nursing career in hospice care and also carries a background in long-term care and outpatient cardiology. She is passionate about improving the quality-of-care standard for vulnerable and underserved populations.
