Biography

John Stewart currently serves as the Regional Health Operations Liaison at the Texas A&M Rural and Community Health Institute. Through the Rural Engagement Program, he collaborates with internal and external stakeholders throughout Texas to identify and address the technical assistance needs of rural healthcare organizations. He has over 15 years’ of experience in healthcare with an emphasis on clinic operations and rural healthcare. He was raised in rural Texas, and it has influenced his passion for rural healthcare and the pursuit of the outdoor activities Texas has to offer.
