Ellen Franks joined the Rural and Community Health Institute in February 2017 as a Program Coordinator for Physician Peer Review. Ellen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University, Long Beach and has over 20 years of clinical experience in Labor and Delivery and Women's services
