Angie Wilson

Biography

Angie Wilson is a Regional Operations Liaison with the A&M Rural and Community Health Institute.

Angie is a Registered Nurse (BSN) with 29 years of nursing experience.  For the past 17 years, she has dedicated her profession to a leadership role, managing a large home health and hospice agency in San Angelo, Texas.  This position facilitated a strong working relationship with hospitals, in-patient rehabilitation centers, swing beg facilities, medical clinics, nursing homes, wound care centers, dialysis centers, and surgery centers.  Working in healthcare, whether it be providing hands on patient care or assisting with establishing post-acute care services for patients, it is Angie’s passion to meet people where their needs are. 

Outside of work, Angie spends time with her family.  She has three sisters, two sons, one daughter-in- law, and two beautiful grandbabies.  She also enjoys volunteering in her community.
