Charles (Chuck) Baldwin serves as the program coordinator for the Texas A&M Health Science Center Regional Extension Center (CentrEast). He is a retired US Army Apache attack helicopter pilot with 22 years of military service. In addition to his primary role as a pilot, Chuck managed personnel and operations at various organizational tiers ranging from the frontline to executive level leadership roles. He specialized in rotary-wing and unmanned aerial systems flight operations in multiple combat zones. He also taught organizational leadership and was a talent development coach and mentor for cadets at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY. Chuck earned a BFA from the University of Texas at Austin in 1997 and holds a MA in organizational psychology from Columbia University in the city of New York. He is also a graduate of the US Army Command and General Staff College for Leadership and Operational and Strategic Planning.
